Future for cinema is internet movies, says Kangana Ranaut

Mumbai, June 23: Actress Kangana Ranaut feels the future of cinema lies in making quick movies for the digital medium.


future of cinemaOn the launch of Shirish Kunder’s quick movie “Kriti”, Kangana stated: “It is onerous to make a brief movie. I personally have made a brief movie (‘The Contact’) and it is troublesome.”


“Every little thing is turning into smaller and smaller and I really feel the future of cinema is internet movies. The 2-and-half-hour movie (tradition) is just not the long run… Future is on-line and the earlier we catch that, we can’t be lagging behind.”


“Kriti” is written and directed by Shirish Kunder. It options Manoj Bajpayee, Radhika Apte and Neha Sharma in lead.


Manoj mentioned: “Web is a much bigger and wider medium and we must always discover it. I need to get used to it because it provides freedom to experiment and challenges us to discover characters that we do not get to play in characteristic movies.”
