New Delhi, July 1: The Supreme Court will hear on Monday a plea by the Delhi government that the difficulty of the stifling of its administration by the Lt. Governor and the Centre may solely be determined by the highest court.
The apex courtroom bench headed by Chief Justice T.S. Thakur agreed to listen to the matter on Monday as senior counsel Ok.Okay. Venugopal and Indira Jaisinh informed the court that any dispute between the Centre and a state might solely be determined by the highest court as mandated by Article 131 of the Structure.
Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal‘s authorities has moved the apex courtroom searching for interpretation of Article 239A – particular provision with respect to Delhi.
