SC to listen to Delhi government plea on its energy

New Delhi, July 1: The Supreme Court will hear on Monday a plea by the Delhi government that the difficulty of the stifling of its administration by the Lt. Governor and the Centre may solely be determined by the highest court.


Delhi governmentThe apex courtroom bench headed by Chief Justice T.S. Thakur agreed to listen to the matter on Monday as senior counsel Ok.Okay. Venugopal and Indira Jaisinh informed the court that any dispute between the Centre and a state might solely be determined by the highest court as mandated by Article 131 of the Structure.


Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal‘s authorities has moved the apex courtroom searching for interpretation of Article 239A – particular provision with respect to Delhi.


Delhi government has sought an pressing listening to of its plea because the excessive court has already reserved its verdict on various problems with battle between Kejriwal authorities and the Centre over the administration of Delhi together with management over the Anti-Corruption Department (ACB).
