New Delhi, July 6: Delhi Water Minister Kapil Mishra on Wednesday sought a FIR towards Lt. Governor Najeeb Jung and ACB chief M.K. Meena on costs of delaying motion towards former Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit in 4 corruption circumstances.
