“A tribal woman lodged a criticism of molestation in opposition to Deputy Commandant of TSR (Tripura State Rifles) Bishnu Debnath at Chailengta in Dhalai district (in northern Tripura) on Sunday evening,” police spokesman Uttam Bhowmik told.
“After a preliminary inquiry, police arrested the safety officer,” he mentioned as Security officer arrested for molesting girl in Tripura.
Debnath is the adjutant of the eighth Battalion of the elite power that specialises in counter-insurgency operations.
